Demo messaging terms

Code Forged Systems Demo Alerts is a synthetic demonstration program. It is not an emergency service and must not be used for patient care.

Program description

Approved software-demo reviewers may opt in through the portal to receive a mobile-number verification code and event-driven notices that a requested demo notification or workflow update is ready. The verification code is not used for patient sign-in. Messages contain no clinical details, advertising, marketing, surveys, or attachments.

Consent and frequency

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing or receiving any product or service. Message frequency varies with requested demo activity. Fewer than 100 outbound SMS segments are expected across the entire Code Forged Systems demo program each month, and this demo has an application-enforced ceiling of 100 segments per calendar month. The synthetic demo remains restricted to no more than five approved reviewers.

Charges

Message and data rates may apply according to the participant's wireless plan. The program does not charge a separate messaging fee.

Stopping and restarting messages

Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to stop SMS. Reply START and then YES to record renewed consent. Reply HELP for assistance. Secure-portal notifications remain available after an SMS opt-out.

These terms document a temporary synthetic demonstration. Production use requires organization-specific legal, privacy, consent, operational, and security review.
