Information used for demo messaging
Code Forged Systems Demo Alerts uses only operator-approved demonstration email addresses and phone numbers. A contact address or number is used to verify consent, send requested demo notices and secure-portal links, process messaging choices, and record provider delivery status.
Website evaluation requests
The public evaluation form asks for a name, work email, clinic, optional phone, number of locations, optional current EHR, and what you would like to see. Code Forged Systems uses these details to respond to the inquiry. The form sends the request to the configured sales address without storing it in the EMR database or emailing the visitor automatically. Please do not include patient information in the form.
How information is used
Messages are limited to verification and requested software-demo workflow notifications. SMS and email content must not include diagnoses, medications, laboratory results, treatment details, financial information, credentials, or other sensitive information. Replies received by SMS are routed only inside the synthetic demonstration associated with the verified reviewer.
Service providers and sharing
Contact and delivery information is provided to contracted technology services, including Microsoft Azure Communication Services, only as needed to transmit messages, receive replies, and report delivery. Mobile information is not sold or shared with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Your choices
Reply STOP to any text to stop SMS across Code Forged Systems demos. Reply START or UNSTOP and then YES to record renewed consent. Reply HELP for assistance. Email recipients can use the one-click unsubscribe link. The public communication opt-out page stops a phone number or email address across all current and future Code Forged Systems demos without sign-in. Stopping SMS or email does not remove secure-portal notifications.
Retention and security
Demo contact values and message content are encrypted in application storage. Consent and delivery records are retained for the life of the temporary demonstration and are removed only through the approved teardown process. Access remains limited to authorized demo roles.

This notice documents the synthetic demo configuration. It is not a representation that the deployment is HIPAA compliant or legally sufficient for production use.
